    (1) The instrument wiring adopts Pluggable connecting terminal ;
    (2) The soft copper cross-sectional area of the input side wire must be greater than 0.5mm2, and the output side must be greater than 1mm2;
    (3) The exposed length of the wire is about 8mm, which is locked by M3 screws;
    (4) The output contacts must provide enough fuse protection connections;
    (5) Copper conductor must withstand an ambient temperature of at least 75 ℃; 
    (6) Terminal screws can cause misoperation, heating, etc. Therefore, please tighten it according to the specified torque. Terminal screw tightening torque 0.5Nm.

    Installing safety relays in control cabinets with IP54 protection rating or higher is recommended.In the meanwhile, GB 5226.1-2019 "Mechanical and Electrical Safety - Mechanical and Electrical Equipment - Part 1: General Technical Conditions" shall be followed in terms of installation and operation. 
    All safety relays in the PH6404-3A1B series are mounted using DIN35mm guide rails. The following are the installation steps:
    (1) Secure the instrument's upper end to the guide rail by clamping it there; 
    (2) Insert the instrument's lower end into the guide rail.

    Dismantling

    Insert a screwdriver (blade width ≤ 6mm) into the metal latch at the lower end of the instrument panel;
    Push the screwdriver upwards and pry the metal latch downwards;
    Pull the instrument panel up and out of the guide rail.

    Maintenance

    (1) Kindly verify that the safety function of the safety relay is functioning properly on a regular basis and look for indications that the original or the circuit has been tampered with or bypassed;
    (2) In order to prevent deadly accidents or the loss of life and property, kindly abide by the applicable safety regulations and operate in accordance with the guidelines provided in this instruction manual;
    (3) Before leaving the factory, the products were subjected to a rigorous inspection and quality control process. Please get in touch with the closest agent or call the technical support hotline at 400 711 6763 if you discover that the items are malfunctioning and you believe that the internal module is the cause.
    (4) Pinghe will fix any product quality issues that arise during regular use for free within six years after the date of delivery.
