Overview

Isolated safety barrier at detection side: PHD-22TF-2828, digital input and output, dual input and dual output.

    Product Advantages

    1.Switching input/output: Supports two switching inputs and two switching outputs, and can handle signals such as proximity switches and contact inputs.
    2.Signal conversion: Convert the switch input signal of the danger zone into a transistor output signal, and transmit it to the safety zone for controlling the equipment in the safety zone.
    3.Transistor output: There is a "on/off" state transition selection switch between the output transistors e-c, which facilitates users to adjust the output signal status according to actual needs.
    4.Alarm indication: equipped with input signal short circuit or open circuit alarm indication, reminding users of abnormal input signal situations, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system.
    5.Power supply: Provides power to the input sensor to ensure its normal operation.
    6.External power supply: An external 20-35VDC power supply is required to provide sufficient power support.
    7.Signal status indicator light: equipped with red and yellow dual color indicator lights, used to display the working status and alarm situation of the output transistor. Red indicates an alarm, and yellow indicates normal operation.

    Signal input characteristics

    Transistor output characteristics

    NPN type transistor emitter or collector open circuit output, drive capacity: output current ≤20mA (1.2KΩ), internal maximum current 100mA. Equipped with short-circuit current protection

    Switched control between inverted phase and normal phase of outputs e-c

    When the dial switch K1 is at "ON", the transistor output e-c are in inverted phase

    When the dial switch K1 is at "OFF", the transistor output e-c are in normal phase

    When the K2 is at  "ON", the circut will select the red light indication alarm function

    Indicating light alarm function

    Field input current >7mA, short-circuit alarm (SC), on-site input current < 0.1mA, open-circuit alarm (LB). Switch contact input, when disconnection detection function is required, a 10kΩ resistor should be connected in parallel at both ends of the switch (Please see the switch contact II in the wiring diagram below).
