PH-SM100-M series HART data converter
Product Introduction
PH-SM100-M series HART data converter is a product developed by using ARM microprocessor, HART protocol modulation and demodulation ASIC, and experienced with a lot of practical applications. It is designed according to the requirements of industrial products with high reliability and stability.The data collector is equipped with standard RS 485 interface, RS 232 interface and gateway, which can be transparently transmitted to the intelligent instrument with HART protocol or converted to MODBUS_RTU or MODBUS_TCP protocol to read data, so as to ensure real-time data transmission.
The HART protocol is complied with the standard of Bell202 Frequency Shift Keying (FSK), and modulate digital signals on a basis of 4~20mA, which leads the HART protocol instruments to bidirectional data communication without interfering the analog signal of 4-20mA. SM100-M series HART Date collectors are for bidirectional modulation and demodulation with digital signals and analog signals.

● support to connect 8 HART instruments at the same time.
● support parallel simultaneous scanning of all HART channels configured by the HART data collector.
● the three-terminal electromagnetic isolation between HART channels and mainframe power supply is complete. Each channel adopts two-wire interface, and the HART module electromagnetic isolation voltage is not less than 1500 V, which supports HART signal /4~20 signal separation function.
● RS485 interface, NET Ethernet interface isolation voltage not less than 1500 V.
● adopt the modular design of separating HART module from mainframe computer, and supports the function of replacing HART module online in any channel.
● each channel has a separate indicator light to provide HART equipment online, HART equipment communication status indication.
● with equipment status indicator: run/fault, communication interface, etc.
● data refresh rate per channel <1 second.
● support Ethernet interface (rate not less than 100 Mbps) and RS485 interface.
● support proprietary HART instructions to read HART ID. of all HART devices
● support configuration and running mode, support Telnet remote settings.
● supports remote firmware updates.
● support standard DIN guide rail installation.
● analog signal transmission and accuracy of 4~20 mA are not affected when the equipment is normal power off or malfunction, and the circuit resistance is less than or equal to 250R.
