Product Introduction

PH-SM100-W series HART intelligent converters are developed by using ARM microprocessor, HART protocol modulation and demodulation chip and experienced with a lot of practical applications. It is designed according to the requirements of industrial products and has high reliability and stability. The intelligent converter is equipped with standard RS232 interface and RS485 interface, which can transmit data transparently with intelligent instrument with HART protocol or read data into MODBUS_RTU protocol to ensure real-time data transmission.

The data collector is equipped with standard RS 485 interface, RS 232 interface and gateway, which can be transparently transmitted to the intelligent instrument with HART protocol or converted to MODBUS_RTU or MODBUS_TCP protocol to read data, so as to ensure real-time data transmission.

The HART protocol is complied with the standard of Bell202 Frequency Shift Keying (FSK), and modulate digital signals on a basis of 4~20mA, which leads the HART protocol instruments to bidirectional data communication without interfering the analog signal of 4-20mA. PH-SM100-M series  HART Date collectors are for bidirectional modulation and demodulation with digital signals and analog signals.

 ● support standard MODBUS_RTU and MODBUS_TCPprotocol 

 ●supports simultaneous connection with multiple HART protocol intelligent Instruments 

 ● HART channels isolated and do not affect with the instrument current output.

 ● support a variety of special HART protocol intelligent instruments, and can customize the reading of special HART instrument instructions.

 ● data update time is 0.8 seconds, if 8,6.4 seconds to update the data.

 ● installation: can be standard track installation, but also fixed installation.
