    Installation environment

    Please be sure to stay indoors or in a waterproof box.
    Avoid installation in places with violent brush vibration.
    Ensure that the voltage, current and signal transmission rate of the power supply part match with the lightning arrester.
    Ensure that the lightning arrester can be reliably grounded, and the power frequency grounding resistance is less than 10 ohms.

    Installation diagram

    1. Prepare one power cord, one tripod head signal cord and one video cord respectively. Used to connect the lightning arrester with the camera

    4.Complete the connection between the power supply, video and control input ports of the lightning arrester and the monitoring center or optical transceiver.

    Common faults

    After the lightning arrester is installed, there is snow or no signal in the video picture. Lightning arrester transmission performance is not up to standard. Replace the lightning arrester
    Transmission distance exceeds the maximum allowable range. Ensure that the coaxial cable connection between devices does not exceed 90M.
    Lightning arrester and cable characteristic impedance do not match. Lightning arrester usually has an impedance of 75Ω.
    After the lightning arrester is grounded, the control signal of the pan/tilt is blocked or there are snowflakes on the screen; After the ground wire is not grounded, the video picture is normal. The ground voltage fluctuates excessively. Transformation of the grounding network, if the signal is blocked, it means that the lightning arrester has been burnt out and needs to be replaced.
    After the lightning protector runs for a period of time, the monitor has no picture, and the control signal of the pan/tilt is blocked. After the lightning protector is removed, the monitor appears. Lightning protection device is damaged by lightning or other reasons. Replace the lightning arrester
