Product overview
According to GB18802.1, GB50057 and Q/THQBOO1-2013 standards, the front end of SPD loop must be connected in series with overcurrent protection appliances required by the surge protector manufacturer.
Because the current fuse and miniature circuit breaker can't coordinate with SPD, when the power supply is abnormal or SPD deteriorates and fails, the fire and equipment are damaged by lightning, which has seriously affected the normal operation of production!
At present, a large number of miniature circuit breakers used in conjunction with SPD cannot be matched in the following four points:
1.The lightning current shock is very easy to damage-the lightning protection fails;
2.High residual voltage of lightning impulse current-the reliability of lightning protection of equipment is reduced;
3.The power frequency free-wheeling does not trip-the power supply is abnormal and SPD is on fire;
4.The lightning impact trips by mistake-the lightning protection fails.
In view of the current situation that there is no SPD-specific supporting overcurrent protection device in lightning protection industry, after three years of research and development and more than one year of various environmental simulation experiments in the laboratory, it is proved that SPD backup protector (SCB)

Function and scope of application
SPD special external disconnector is connected in series on SPD loop, and internal current sorting channel device is used to realize power frequency small current quick break; High current lightning impact does not trip.
