At Beijing Pinghe Intelligent Manufacturing Factory, a brand new automated intelligent assembly production line has been officially put into operation.
This production line, specially customized according to the product process, has achieved full process automation from top and side marking laser printing, printing effect detection, PCBA assembly, shell assembly to electrical testing, terminal plug assembly, and top cover assembly. The daily production capacity stably reaches 8000 units.

The production line is equipped with seven automatic detection processes to build a solid quality protection network. The precision of key inspection points, efficient and accurate loading and labeling detection ensure that every product undergoes strict quality control.

02 Multi sequence acceleration, delivery time reduction
Through process optimization, the automated intelligent assembly production line has increased its production capacity by three times compared to traditional operation modes, with an average daily production capacity of over 8000 units, meeting the needs of large-scale fast delivery and effectively avoiding the impact of manual fatigue and rhythm differences.

03 Full chain traceability, precise quality positioning
Each product completes identity information binding within 14 seconds, and key process full parameter detection data is uploaded to the system in real-time. The full process data traceability from raw materials to finished products has increased data analysis efficiency by 90%.

04 Flexible production to meet the needs of multiple varieties
Automated production lines rely on programmable control systems to flexibly adjust parameters, adapt to small batch orders of multiple varieties, and significantly shorten the changeover cycle. Flexibility enables it to respond more flexibly to market fluctuations. Compared to traditional manual production lines, the new production line has obvious advantages: reducing manpower and costs, optimizing circulation and reducing handling, reducing collision risks, and ensuring production safety.
